These terms and conditions (Voucher Terms) govern the use and redemption of promotional vouchers and promotional codes (Voucher Codes) distributed by Pace for the promotional campaign (Lendlease-Pace Campaign) between Pace Enterprise Pte Ltd (Pace) and Lendlease Retail Pte Ltd (Lendlease) commencing from 1 August 2022 to 31 October 2022 (Campaign Period). By using and redeeming the Voucher Codes, you agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms, in addition to the Terms of Service (TOS) on the use of the Pace Platform which are incorporated by reference into these Voucher Terms. All capitalised terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed in the TOS unless otherwise provided. We reserve the right to change these Vouchers Terms at any time and without notice. It shall be your responsibility to review the prevailing Vouchers Terms on the redemption of Voucher Codes before making any Pace Buy transaction.

1. National Day Special (1- 31 August 2022)

   1. The National Day Special Voucher Code may be redeemed by new and existing Pace Platform users for 28% off the purchase value capped at a total of S$28 applicable to Pace Buy transactions at participating retail stores in 313@somerset, Jem®, Parkway Parade, and Paya Lebar Quarter (collectively, “Lendlease Malls”). The National Day Special Voucher Codes shall be as follows:

      1. 313@somerset - 313LLP28

      2. Jem® - JEMLLP28

      3. Parkway Parade - PARKWAYLLP28

      4. Paya Lebar Quarter - PLQLLP28

   2. The National Day Special Voucher Code shall be valid for redemption from 1 August 2022 to 31 August 2022 and shall be limited to the first 200 redemptions for each Lendlease mall during this period, on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Pace User Exclusive (1 August – 31 October 2022)

   1. The Pace User Exclusive Voucher Code may be redeemed by new and existing Pace Platform users for S$10 off the purchase value with a minimum spend of S$40 applicable to Pace Buy transactions at participating retail stores in the Lendlease Malls. The Pace User Exclusive Voucher Codes shall be as follows:

      1. 313@somerset - 313LLPAUG (1 to 31 Aug 2022) / 313LLPSEP (1 to 30 Sep 2022) / 313LLPOCT (1 to 31 Oct 2022)

      2. Jem® - JEMLLPAUG (1 to 31 Aug 2022) / JEMLLPSEP (1 to 30 Sep 2022) / JEMLLPOCT (1 to 31 Oct 2022)

      3. Parkway Parade - PARKWAYLLPAUG (1 to 31 Aug 2022) / PARKWAYLLPSEP (1 to 30 Sep 2022) / PARKWAYLLPOCT (1 to 31 Oct 2022)

      4. Paya Lebar Quarter - PLQLLPAUG (1 to 31 Aug 2022) / PLQLLPSEP (1 to 30 Sep 2022) / PLQLLPOCT (1 to 31 Oct 2022)

   2. The Pace User Exclusive Voucher Code shall be valid for redemption during the Campaign Period and shall be limited to the following quantities, on a first-come, first-served basis:

      1. the first 2,000 redemptions for each Lendlease Mall from 1 to 31 August 2022;

      2. the first 2,000 redemptions for each Lendlease Mall from 1 to 30 September 2022; and

      3. the first 2,000 redemptions for each Lendlease Mall from 1 to 31 October 2022.

3. Lendlease Plus x Pace New Sign-Up Promotion

   1. 5,000 Lendlease Plus$ Bonus (1 August – 31 October 2022)

      1. New members to the Lendlease rewards programme (Lendlease Plus) who successfully sign up the with the promo code “LLPPace” (LLPPace Promo Code) during the Campaign Period via the Lendlease website (www.lendleaseplus.com/registration) or Lendlease Plus mobile application (Lendlease Plus App) shall be entitled to receive a bonus 5,000 Lendlease membership points (Lendlease Plus$ Bonus).

      2. The LLPPace Promo Code must be input at the point of registration on the Lendlease website or Lendlease Plus App together with any other information as may be required for registration.

      3. Lendlease Plus and the Lendlease Plus$ Bonus shall be subject to the terms of use which can be found on https://www.lendleaseplus.com/terms-of-use (Terms of Use) and the management of Lendlease reserves the right to amend or change the Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. The management of Lendlease reserves the right to make any final decision on any dispute relating to Lendlease Plus and the Lendlease Plus$ Bonus and no correspondence shall be entertained.

      4. The Lendlease Plus$ Bonus shall be limited to the first 4,000 successful sign-ups to Lendlease Plus during the Campaign Period on a first-come first-served basis.

      5. The Lendlease Plus and Lendlease Plus$ Bonus are awarded, issued, and administered by Lendlease, and Pace shall not be responsible or liable for the same.

   2. $10 LLPPace Unique Voucher Code (1 August – 31 October 2022)

      1. The first 4,000 new members to Lendlease Plus who successfully sign up the using the LLPPace Promo Code via the Lendlease website (www.lendleaseplus.com/registration) or the Lendlease Plus App during the Campaign Period shall also receive a unique Voucher Code (LLPPace Unique Voucher Code) via a unique welcome email upon successful sign up. The LLPPace Unique Voucher Code may be redeemed by new and existing Pace Platform users for S$10 off the purchase value with a minimum spend of S$40 applicable to Pace Buy transactions at participating retail stores in Lendlease Malls.

      2. The LLPPace Unique Voucher Code shall be valid for redemption during the Campaign Period.

4. Redemption of Vouchers

   1. To redeem the Vouchers, the applicable Voucher Code must be applied at the check-out payment page on the Pace Platform. The total amount payable by the Pace Platform user will be reduced by the value of the Vouchers, with the remaining balance to be split into the number of instalments shown in the Pace Platform.

   2. It is the Pace Platform user’s sole responsibility to carefully review the check-out payment page to ensure that Vouchers are applied before proceeding with payment. If the Pace Platform user fails to do so for any reason, (a) Pace and Lendlease shall not be responsible for providing the Pace Platform user the benefit of the Vouchers in any form, and (b) the Pace Platform user shall not hold Pace and Lendlease or the Merchant Member responsible to refund, reverse or otherwise void the Pace Buy transaction.

   3. The Vouchers can only be used once for a single Pace Buy transaction per Pace user. Additional specific conditions may apply for the redemption of the Vouchers (Specific Conditions). Pace Platform users can view these Specific Conditions for each individual Voucher in the Pace Platform at Account > Vouchers and Account > Refer and Earn.

   4. Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Conditions, a Voucher cannot be “stacked” or used in combination with any other Voucher(s), promotion, or discount through the Pace Platform.

   5. There shall be no extension of the validity period for redemption of any Voucher Code.

5. No Refunds, Replacements or Exchange

   1. Under no circumstances will Vouchers be exchangeable, refundable, or substituted for cash, credit, discounts, or any form of goods or services.

   2. If the Pace Platform user's Pace Buy transaction is reversed, refunded, or subject to a Chargeback, whether wholly or partially, and for any reason, Neither Pace nor Lendlease shall be responsible for refunding to the Pace Platform user the Vouchers in any form. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Pace Platform user has redeemed a Voucher for a Pace Buy transaction and such Pace Buy transaction is subsequently reversed, refunded, or subject to a Chargeback, the redeemed Voucher shall not be available for redemption for a different Pace Buy transaction.

   3. Neither Pace nor Lendlease will be responsible for providing the Pace Platform user with any replacement Vouchers, cash, credit, refunds, discounts, or any form of compensation in any instances, including the following:

      1. Discontinued or cancelled Vouchers;

      2. Vouchers that have been fully redeemed prior to the validity period as provided in the Specific Conditions;

      3. Improper use of Vouchers (as we may determine in our sole discretion);

      4. The Pace Platform user’s omission or failure to apply the Vouchers before completing payment; and

      5. Inability to apply or redeem Vouchers due to any technical issues, whether attributable to the Pace Platform or not.

6. Miscellaneous

   Pace and Lendlease reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, modify, limit, or revoke the use of any Voucher at any time and for any reason. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, examples of such instances would include any suspicious or fraudulent purchasing activity or Voucher use, and the use of Vouchers in bad faith by multiple Pace Accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same Customer Member or group of Customer Members.
